Books by Kel Eckley

A collection of poetry focussing on the experience of exiting a long term relationship where narcissistic abuse was prevalent, and considers the psychological impact it can have on a person.

A ten part poem which runs through the core of the collection looks at the events leading up to the end of the relationship and the journey taken in the days and weeks that followed.

A mixture of abstract metaphor and more grounded realism, this collection summarises what it was like being stuck in my own head for over a decade.

Due: Autumn 2025
